Design is answering to natural conditions in order to provide comfy spaces for the users, besides the objective of achieve energy efficiency.

From the idea: Biomimetics, environmental's adaptation through Nature's example, it's use "The Polar Bear" as main element of design, not only because this animal represents the highest percentage of population at the North Pole, also because is the most adapated organism to environmental's conditions of this zone.

The building complex is cover by a fluid shape made of thick but light material with convection and conduction propierties of  Infrared light from the sun, exterior face of this material is a black surface which works with translucent surface as a double skin facade to form an air space. This system allows air to flow inside both surfaces and maintain thermical confort at interior spaces.
